If you are friendly, outgoing and love to deal and play casino games, you might be a good fit as a dealer for us. Here is what we look for in dealer applicants:
- Someone who is reliable, on time and professional. If you aren't able to deal an event, no problem; however, if you do commit to dealing an event, we expect that you will keep the commitment. Our clients and us will be counting on you.
- Someone who is friendly and outgoing. Our dealers are entertainers first and dealers second. We love dealers that have fun with the guests and can teach them the games in a fun and respectful way so that they feel comfortable approaching the tables, even if they are unfamiliar with the games
- Someone who knows the games very well. You don't have to know how to deal all the games. Maybe you specialize in one particular game. That is okay but please know that game really well. We will of course provide ongoing training, etc but it is your job to really know the game
